Black and Silver...

Well, I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I am enjoying time with the family, eating good food and just taking some time to relax. This blog post is all about California. I did this "Oakland, California" painting a couple of  months ago. I just love the look of the black and silver. I also like how the chair is also so sleek and modern... A special thanks to Angela Hopper for taking this awesome pic!

Creating a Scene...

Hello again! It has been awhile since I last posted. Well, I decided to share some images of my dining room. I created this Letter Décor painting a couple of years ago--just for my own apartment. When I was looking for things for my apartment a couple years ago, I remembered that I wanted some artwork that had letters or words in certain colors and I could not find it anywhere in stores. So, I created my own artwork. Now, I have many Letter Décor Signature Collection pieces in my home.  I had a lot of fun the other night creating a scene in my dining room and taking pictures--I even made those cupcakes!

Bluffton...

This was a fun painting that I did awhile ago.  There's quite a few nice restaurants in the Bluffton and Hilton Head area. I thought I would highlight the Bluffton Oyster Company-- a restaurant known for their fresh local seafood.

Small Towns in South Carolina

This is one of the images from my website, but I thought I would take some time to focus on this particular canvas. The names are some of the small towns located in South Carolina. I chose to select names that are unique and interesting. The juxtaposition of  the small town names made for quite an interesting composition––I really liked using the cerulean blue for the background with hints of orange and yellow.
